Return Policy - International Returns & Exchanges
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a fullrefund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Wemust receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. If the return is a result ofour error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, andincorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive yourreturn, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping feeswill apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Products Returned After 30 Days
Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refundsforitems returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on thecondition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as describedin the Returns Policy.
Exchanges and Replacements
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges orreplacementsfor international orders. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original itemback to us and place a new order for a replacement item. For assistance, please click here to contact us.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original conditioni.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for theshipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking andinsurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shippingand handling charges are non-refundable.
